Blue polka dots: Hanky Panky (made in the USA) | Black lace: Naja (made with transparency) | Red cami and undies: PACT Apparel (organic, GOTS certified)

Unmentionables, a.k.a. undies, a.k.a. the foundation for your wardrobe. Whether you go for plain neutrals or colorful fun, you’ll find a variety of ethically made options for your lingerie needs. Here’s what you’ll find in my closet:

Hanky Panky has been manufacturing in the USA since 1977. Many of their fabrics are made from US-grown Supima cotton  and are knitted in the USA. Hanky Panky offers a wide variety of underwear, bras, and lingerie, including bridal collections and a plus-size collection that goes up to size 24W.

Naja is a great choice for traditional lingerie as well as whimsical styles. In addition to their lacy offerings, they offer basic t-shirt bras for everyday wear as well as an eco-friendly line made from recycled plastic bottles. Naja’s factories primarily employ single mothers and female heads of households, providing workers with healthcare benefits and flexible schedules to aid in family care.

PACT Apparel has become a staple of our household with their wardrobe basics. Many of their undies are organic and fair trade certified. With their frequent sales, PACT is an easy choice for stocking up next time you need an undie refresh.

So….do you dare to go fair with your underwear?
