Nashville friends, you won’t believe the amazing sustainable fashion events coming up in our city! THIS Sunday, September 25th, The Mercantile arrives at Mercy Lounge with sustainable brands, shopping, music, and food. Brands at the event include Sseko, Society B, Nomad Collective, Raven & Lily, and tons more! If you’ve been eyeing these brands online but are hesitant to take the plunge, this is a great opportunity to check them out in person.
Several fun bits of news from the Nashville Fashion Alliance: The Reclamation, hosted by the NFA, features 12 fashion designers repurposing clothing from Goodwill into new creations. Proceeds will benefit Goodwill and the NFA. The Nashville Fashion Alliance also is hosting The Wardrobe Project on October 1. Local, independent designers will be showcasing and selling their designs in space featuring large-scale works by Nashville visual artists.
