Thank you to everyone who shared your thoughts as part of our reader survey. I enjoyed reading what you enjoy and finding out more about how you read Beyond the Fried.
You’ll be seeing some changes around here in the next few weeks. I’m rebranding the blog to create a better fit with my life these days. There will be a name change and a design change, but you’ll still find the content you love to read.
On to the results!
Many of you know me in real life, and the majority of you read the blog via links on social media.
Most readers have been following this site for over 6 months, while a whopping 43% of you have been reading for over 2 years! (Thanks for sticking with me!)
You told me that your favorite topics are sustainability, general shopping guides, parenting, and personal essays.
Most of you want to read more about literature and also see more personal essays, posts about sustainability, and coverage of Nashville events and activities.
There were mixed opinions on changing the name of the blog, but most of you are cool with it (good, because it’s happening!).
A “Find It Fair” series featuring the search for ethical versions of products received support from 81% of readers, but I only received one product search suggestion.
Half of you want to see posts come your way once a week, while the rest of you voted for more or less frequency. (Several of you were concerned for my workload. Thank you. It’s like you know I’m a workaholic or something.)
Thanks again for sharing your time and opinions. I can’t wait to start the next phase of this site. Stay tuned!
